Quality & Returns
What if my address changes before pre-orders ship?
Notifications on this site will be made prior to shipping addresses being locked in. If your mailing address changes between pre-order and shipping in early 2025, email hey+support@witchdraught.com with your existing mailing address, and the new one.
What if my package goes missing?
After a package is sent, you have 30 days to report it as missing (or 60 days for international) by emailing hey+support@witchdraught.com
If additional stock is available, the package will be re-sent, but shipping costs must be paid again separately. Packages that are sent to an incorrect address due to an error on the purchaser's side must be purchased again in whole (along with shipping.)
What if my items are damaged in transit?
Minor cosmetic damage generally does not warrant replacement, but in the event that an item is significantly damaged on arrival, you have 30 days to report it to hey+support@witchdraught.com with pictures of the damage. Replacements are addressed on a case-by-case basis, and require that shipping costs are paid again.
